My Story
When I was 17, I went to a school with no uniform but the strictest rules of modesty. I hated the way I looked, and that struggle left me determined to make a change. At the time, there were very few religious clothing stores. I dreamed of creating something that didn’t exist: up-to-date modest clothing that made women feel seen, understood, and confident.That dream became Exquisite, the brand I built and ran for 21 years. What began as a small shop grew into multiple stores and a factory. Along the way, I styled thousands of customers, mentored hundreds of employees, and created a culture where people felt truly seen and valued.
At the very same time, I got married. I was raising children, building a home, and holding it all together as a wife, mother, and entrepreneur. But beneath the surface, I was surviving, not thriving—caught in co-dependency, driven by perfectionism, and believing my worth came only from what I produced.
That tension pushed me into my own healing journey. I explored equine therapy, trauma work, somatic therapy, parts work, talk therapy, mindset practices, and logotherapy. I studied, read, and took courses—but most of my growth came through lived experience. I implemented what I learned and made life-changing choices. Always with fear and pain, yes—but also with purpose, meaning, and the courage of intentional choice. I experienced Divorce, dating as a single mom, remarriage, blending families, Each chapter stretched me. Each step deepened my belief that healing isn’t a checklist. It’s a way of living with intention.
A few months ago, I faced one of the hardest decisions of my life. My business partner and I were no longer aligned. I had to choose between holding onto financial success with a business I loved, or letting go to make space for something new. I chose to let go.
From that choice, Your Experience was born—a brand rooted in my lived journey, created to help others live from a place of alignment, intention , and meaning.
